EspañolWe have participated in the development and commercialization of the Livehotel Project with STARNOVA GROUP developers.
Located in a very residential area of Palermo Hollywood, Livehotel proposes a new housing concept, setting an icon in the area. It is a 30,000 m2 project, comprising a modern apartment building along with an eclectic construction which dates back to 1920.
Those who live in Livehotel seek a unique experience in an exclusive zone.
The 11-floor building stretches internally within three blcoks, surrounding an internal dry square which extends naturally from the old construction.
Its units offer studios (50 m2), one-bedroom apartments (from 57 m2 to 80 m2), two-bedroom apartments (from 80 to 125 m2) and duplex units on the 10th and 11th floors (up to 200 m2).
Likewise, the undertaking proposes an innovative concept as regards terraces: the 12th floor has a wide outdoor terrace which has been broken up in 10 private terraces boasting a barbecue and jacuzzi.
Among the amenities there is a spectacular swimming pool on the 12th floor, with stunning views of the city; sundeck; sauna; gym; barbecue for events on the 11th floor; a Multi Purpose Room (SUM its acronym in Spanish) on the ground floor.
