Pre-Development


We have built valuable relationships with a roster of talented architects, designers, attorneys, general contractors and consultants – all of whom work conjunctively to take each project from conceptual design to completion. Pre-Construction Management


Preconstruction is an important phase of a project that connects the preliminary plans produced for the project and the on-site commencement of the construction. This phase enhances the initial project design intent into a concrete set of plans that assess the cost efficiency and quality of the project and identify and mitigate any potential risks that may arise.

Design and Build


We offer Design and Build services that are tailored to each client’s needs. Our design team helps develop the preliminary concept into a group of project drawings and specifications including design, materials and the means and methods of the construction process. Our team collaborates with architects, engineers, interior designers, and contractors.

The development of the design combines the creative design intent with the financial feasibility and the code compliance of the local municipality. Once the design has been created taking into consideration the concept, layout, and structure, we expand to create a detailed architectural set of drawings.

Once this is complete, the engineering process begins. Professionals in structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering ensure the building design is efficient and compliant. During this process, project specifications, materials, standards, and methods for the project’s construction are realized.

Additionally, the Interior design is an important aspect of the design phase. It creates functional, aesthetically pleasing indoor/outdoor environments that flow at ease with a focus on the occupant’s experience, comfort, and productivity within the space.

Florencia P. Montecciarini

Florencia Montecchiarini graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2007 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Project Evaluation obtained from the University of CEMA in Buenos Aires with honors in ITBA. Florencia has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate project analysis and financial forecast. She also specializes in real estate site acquisition, in depth Feasibility studies, Market analysis, Real estate sales and comparable analysis just to name a few and accurate Construction cost analysis. Since 2006, she has worked with coordinating and codeveloping the most iconic towers in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Miami, Florida. In 2006 she teamed up with the Starnova Group, together they redesigned the skyline of Buenos Aires developing iconic projects and high rise towers such as the upscale Live Hotel situated in Palermo Hollywood, Argentina; Go Green AAA rated Office Building in the heart of Buenos Aires receiving a LEED GOLD Certification: Torres Mulieres a 44 story Luxury Condo in the heart of Buenos Aires; Vita Palermo a luxury condo with 66 units located in exclusive neighborhood of Palermo Hollywood, Buenos Aires; Live San Telmo a luxury condo in the heart of the Arts district just to name a few. Working in real estate development and construction since 2006, she has developed a platform for accurate execution, planning and cost savings throughout her career. She meet, interacted and partnered with the upmost elite developers around. A real lover of photography and architecture and supported by a great entrepreneurial spirit, she founded FPM Global Investment whose main focus is real estate development, Owner Representation and Construction Management. Not only does she have perseverance and a steady strive for success, she has created a trust and confidence her worldwide investors truly appreciate.

Managing Partner

Lee Marrero

Lysander (Lee) Marrero is a graduate from Florida International University in 1985 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. Lee has a vast experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management and maintenance, asset rehab, insurance restoration and construction and is the Founder and President of B.C. Restoration. In addition, Lysander was the founder and owner of Builders Choice of South Florida (BCSF) later converted to Builders Choice Restoration. BCSF specialized in residential and commercial property renovations, condo conversions, turnkey construction and obtained contracts to renovate multifamily complexes. BCSF renovated thousands of units in the State of Florida. Lee also has experience in Accounting / Finance / Real Estate Management. Expert in the several accounting software programs and has experience producing financial reports, projections and budgets, accounting procedures, job costing, estimating, construction budgeting. As a real estate investor, Lee has managed properties throughout Florida and has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, has experience in bank lending practices and financing, knowledge in preparation of legal binding contacts for real estate, employment, partner agreements, independent contractor agreements, property leases, etc.
Lee’s 30 years of experience with project management, building construction, construction management and coordination, permitting and documentation preparation, land acquisition, development to final sales, ability to multitask and manage several job sites, set up chain of command in construction sites, construction on site problem solving and solutions makes him a strong leader in this endeavor.
